Hey ALL!

I received word this weekend. The VH1 show I did last fall is finally hitting the airwaves. Love Lounge premieres tonight at 10pm on VH1. Mom, I'm sorry if I talk too much about sex! OY! Take a look at the schedule and set your Tivos. I did three episodes. Looks like they renamed some of the episodes so not sure which ones I'm on the panel. High Infedlity is one of them. The show will run Mondays - Thursdays through April 27th. Check out:

For your local times.

I head back to New York tomorrow from Miami. I am going to miss this amazing weather. Here's hoping New York will have warmed up. :)

All the best,

What do you get when you put icey steps, Robb McArthur and New York City all in the same 30 second span? That's right a trip to the Emergency Room on a bright and early Saturday morning! Who knew??!

Yes, another Wes Culwell adventure is now under my belt. I had met up with some friends for a nightcap and was on my way to meet Robb before I came home and packed for a weekend out in Montreal. Now, to give you all a little back story Robb and I have this running joke where we pretend to fall down stairs...all the time. Doesn't matter where or why we just do. Well Robb takes his tumble and I am laughing when *SLIP* I take a spill as well. The only difference this time is: I wasn't joking. Robb is standing there laughing at our usual antics when I realize that I just flew down a flight of icey steps with out my usual prat fall balance. I got nauseous and realized something was bad. Haha! Like the trouper I am I sucked it up and was ready to hit the streets running, well limping, ok well holding on to Robb's shoulder for support. After about 10 steps I knew it was time for me to retire for the night. I came home put my ankle on ice and tried to fall asleep.

About 3am I woke up in excrutiating paing from the weight of the sheet I was sleeping under. I sat for three hours trying to sleep through the pain when I realized it was time to head to the ER. So now I am in still in New York, in a cast from the shin down, hobbling around the city on a pair of crutches. NOT an easy thing to do! So, another adventure to put in the Culwell book. I can't wait to see what's next. HA!
